GEAR-UP Programme

The GEAR-UP (Guiding & Empowering Students for Affiliation & Resilience to Unlock their Potential) Programme is intended as a school-based integrated support programme to enhance students’ learning motivation, strengthen their school connectedness and build their resilience. The programme aims to provide a safe and supportive environment. Students learned to build positive relationships through significant adults and positive peer groups. The programmes catered for the students provide them with opportunities to grow and contribute through learning. |
Through the STOMP music workshop, students discovered the power of rhythm and teamwork — building resilience, strengthening bonds with peers, and finding joy in learning together as part of the GEAR-UP journey
In the archery workshop, students learned focus, discipline and perseverance — while supporting one another, building resilience, and strengthening school connectedness
At the bowling workshop, students built teamwork and confidence, celebrating small wins together while fostering resilience and stronger school connections
