The National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC) is dedicated to training cadets to become responsible leaders of the future. Through practical training and mentorship, NPCC equips cadets with the skills to lead confidently and responsibly. It fosters a sense of civic duty, encouraging cadets to understand and value their role in society, and inspiring them to make meaningful contributions. At Zhenghua NPCC, we emphasise a growth mindset, respect, teamwork, and empathy—qualities essential for future leaders to positively impact our communities. By addressing current and emerging challenges, NPCC prepares cadets to become adaptable and forward-thinking individuals who can lead change in the future.
